Returns and service

EACH SCALE MODEL IS MADE AND HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE. HOWEVER, DESPITE THE CAUTION EVERYONE TAKES, A MODEL MAY SUSTAIN DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT. WE WOULD LIKE TO SOLVE ISSUES LIKE THIS WHERE POSSIBLE, PROVIDED THAT THE DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR DURING TRANSPORT FROM WSI TO YOU (THE DEALER).
 
If a WSI scale model is damaged, the point of sale (which, in most cases, is a WSI Models dealer) is the point of contact for consumers at all times. If the dealer has ordered the model directly from WSI Models, they can contact WSI Models at any time by using our ticket system.
 
CONSUMERS
WSI Models may be contacted directly only if the scale model has been purchased directly from us in the WSI shop. If you have a problem with a scale model, please send an e-mail to service@wsi-models.com. You will receive a ticket number, and a colleague from our service department will respond to your e-mail – they may offer a suitable solution, ask additional questions, or provide return instructions. 
 
SERVICE TICKET SYSTEM FOR WSI DEALERS
The ticket system also provides dealers with a clear and more effective procedure for all customer service issues you may be dealing with.
 
If you (a WSI dealer) or your customers have a question or request for our service department, you can inform us by sending an e-mail to service@wsi-models.com. To make sure we can take the quickest route of action, please include as much information as possible in this e-mail. Your e-mail should include the item number, a clear description of the problem, photos, and the date of purchase. Please send an e-mail and submit a ticket for each item. If you have questions about two models, please submit two tickets.
 
Once you have sent the e-mail to us, you will receive a reply with a ticket number. From now on, this ticket number will be the reference number until the ticket has been resolved and must always be mentioned in the subject of the e-mails. This is so that we can bundle the information and retrieve it as quickly as possible.
 
If a model has to be returned to us for any reason, please always state the corresponding ticket number along with the return shipment.
