Classic update
03-02-2023
WSI has recently been able to make some nice additions to the program, which gives us the opportunity to make new configurations.
First of all, a hydraulic stone crane has been developed for the HULO stone trailer. The first drawing for the beautiful Scania 141 of J. van Klooster with this trailer is ready and production will start soon.
In addition, we expect to be able to announce the FTF from Fonteyn and the Scania from Seevers in the course of this year.
We have also developed a combi-chassis for all our FTF cabins, which means that we are now very flexible in assembling an FTF truck. For example, the 4x2 tractor is now possible just like a symmetrical 8x4. Here too, production will soon start on a 4x2 from Huijbregts and the 4x2 from Greving with a brick trailer is already in production.
The symmetrical 8x4 is possible due to the development of new axle carriers for our combi-chassis, which gives us additional configuration options, including leaf-sprung axles.
As an example, we have made 2 beautiful Scanias 8x4 with symmetrical axle arrangement and leaf suspension, namely Van der Vlist and Weever.
